Il cottage incantato Positive: Gli spazi esterni Negative: Devo essere stato molto sfortunato perché ldalla casa mentre arrivavo è scomparsa una delle 2 camere e mi sono trovato a dormire in un living su un divano letto minuscolo a mezza piazza senza scuri alle finestre … l’aria condizionata era fuori uso e lo sciacquone del wc pure in compenso la location e gli spazi esterni sono molto belli ( occhio che il barbecue lo potete usare solo previa autorizzazione pompieri) compresa la proprietà adiacente con galli che cantano dalle 4 in avanti e capre con campanaccio che brucano h 24… fare una struttura di accoglienza usando la vecchia casa dei nonni senza investire 1 euro in re strutturazione è un esercizio complicato se trovi gente come me che pretende per quello che paga consigliato per masochisti Gli altri stiano alla larga nonostante il gestore e la proprietà abbaino provato a rimediare con uno sconto rimane una struttura che ha bisogno di essere rimessa in condizione

Geräumiges Haus in guter Lage Positive: Das Haus ist der Hammer! Es hat zwei riesige Terrassen, einen Grillbereich und einen Garten. Auch das Haus selbst ist recht geräumig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und es gibt eine Waschmaschine, sowie eine Spülmaschine. Es ist nur wenige Kilometer von Panormos entfernt, wo es einen langen Strand, einen Laden, sowie Bars und Restaurants gibt. Dort hin fährt auch der Bus, der praktisch vor der Tür hält. Dimitris war sehr hilfsbereit und hat hat sich sofort um die wenigen kleineren Probleme gekümmert, die sich nach der Winterpause ergeben haben. Negative: Nach der langen Winterpause haben die Küchenschränke, die wohl nicht ganz trocken sind, und das Geschirr darin etwas gemüffelt. Das war aber behoben, nachdem wir alles durch die glücklicherweise vorhandene Spülmaschine gejagt haben.

Home from home, with everything you need on hand. Positive: My husband and I stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. Everything was as described and very clean. On arrival, Alexandra has shown us around and has left us some goodies - all made in Skopelos island and very tasty! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Many thanks.

Positive: The Hosts are on top of their game! They waited for us at the port, showed us the way to the house, brought welcome presents, and someone came by after a few days to clean and change the sheets and towels. The place itself is amazing, with a huge pine tree on the terrace which has an amazing smell. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom and living room, so you don't bother those who want to sleep. The house is equipped with everything you might need. The place is isolated enough to have absolute peace and quiet, but only a few minutes away by car to the nearest neighbourhood, beach and tavernas. This place far exceeded our expectations.
