οπως λεει και το ονομα του, το καταλυμα παρεχει πραγματικα μοναδικη φιλοξενεια. Positive: all perfect !!!! bbq... big places... parking... πραγματική εμπειρια φιλοξενειας. Μεγαλοι χωροι μεσα - εξω. Καθαριοτητα !!! . Πληρης εξοπλισμος κουζινας και μπανιου. Η οικοδεσποινα μας εντυπωσιασε με το γλυκο που εφτιαξε για εμας, καθως και με τα αναμνηστικα δωρα της. Περασαμε πολυ ομορφα με την οικογενεια μου και την οικογενεια του αδελφου μου. Η τοποθεσια ειναι ιδανικη γιατι εισαι σε λιγοτερο απο 5 λεπτα στο κεντρο της πολης ενω ταυτοχρονα εχεις την ηρεμια και ανεση ενος εξοχικου. Σιγουρα θα το προτεινουμε σε ολους τους φιλους μας. Positive: Location is excellent! Excellent host who gives total privacy but still can be available if needed! Lovely house, easily accessible, very functional interior! The orchard with the trees is amazing!!! Waking up and picking fresh fruit from the trees, making freshly squeezed lemonade, resting in the hammock, enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink at the outdoor furniture while being so close to beaches, churches, monasteries, the town, main harbour, several villages, restaurants. Plenty of parking and an easily accessible road leading to the property. When back in Skopelos, there is no need to look for another property! Thank you for the accommodation!

Positive: A fost peste așteptări. Gazda este o persoana deosebita, foarte atenta la detalii si te face sa te simți mai bine ca acasa. Ne-a surprins plăcut cu dulciurile facute de ea, cu platoul de fructe, apa și vinul cu care am fost întâmpinați. La locație găsești absolut tot ce este necesar ca sa ai un sejur liniștit. Dacă ai uitat ceva acasă, nu îți face griji, mai mult ca sigur o sa găsesti la Unique Filoxenia. Felicitări gazdei Natasha! Este o super femeie!
