Villa Mariel Skopelos

Beautiful villa with stunning views Positive: The villa was in a great location with amazing views over Skopelos Town. It was modern, clean and spacious and the pool was a nice size for cooling off. The host met us to show us the way to the property and was extremely helpful, providing us with lots of useful information. Negative: There were only a couple of very minor negatives - some additional storage and coat hangers would be useful in the bedrooms. The seating in the lounge wasn’t the most practical but this didn’t bother us as we were mainly outside.

wonderful, restful and peaceful. Positive: The view was stunning - it is a couple of miles up a very steep, narrow and bumpy track but well worth the view and tranquility once you get there. Beautifully decorated and furnished with great taste. Manolis ( the host) couldn't do enough for us, was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Negative: Not much to dislike really - couple of very minor things, but NOTHING that detracted from a wonderful stay. The exterior lighting ( by the gates and around n the pool etc) wasn't working/switched on - useful when returning in the dark. Similarly, the external wall lights by the door are on same circuit that needs the key fob in the door; makes it fiddley when locking/unlocking as has to be done in the dark. Instructions for the many appliances in kitchen would be useful. WE were nieve enough to think we could walk or cycle to the villa???? Definitely need a car when staying there.

Wunderschöner Urlaub Positive: Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Manolis empfangen und zur Unterkunft geführt. Die Unterkunft an sich ist auch einfach ein Traum. Die Aussicht ist super schön und die Villa war sehr sauber. Bei Fragen oder wünschen steht einem Manolis jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Alles in einem hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Negative: Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, ist der Weg zur Villa. Wir hatten zuerst einen kleinen 60PS Mietwagen, mit dem es aber nicht so einfach war die zwischenzeitlich steile Anfahrt zu meistern. Wir haben den Wagen am nächsten Tag direkt gegen ein Auto mit Allrad getauscht, das war für uns deutlich stressfreier.

Gorgeous villa with stunning views Positive: What an incredible place! The villa was beautiful both inside and outside and had the most incredible view over Skopelos town. It was very peaceful - a great place to relax and unwind. Don’t be daunted by the track leading up to the villa - it is easy to navigate and you get used to the drive after a couple of goes. The walk down into the town is also great to do in the evenings if you don’t mind a bit of a hike of the way back. Manolis was a brilliant host and was always on hand to answer any questions or give good recommendations of what to see/do in the area. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Страхотен! Positive: Всичко ни хареса! Вилата е много хубава, а гледката е зашеметяваща. Много е чисто и има всички удобства за пълноценна почивка! Negative: Може би пътя до вилата. Много е прашен, но това не би повлияло на цялостното ни впечатление от вилата!
